London Heart Trail

The London Heart Trail, is a fun activity for people of all ages. Utilising the latest GPS technology the app will unlock on location and each hotspot contains educational questions and creative challenges for you to complete and to win prizes!* Youll learn about heart health whilst taking in some of the most iconic sights in London in this walk along the Southbank.
